Our Dynamic Classes
Dynamic Reformer
A Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen from head to toe. Expect a flowing sequence of dynamic movements that challenge your core, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness, whilst being gentle on the joints. Perfect for those looking to build strength, improve mobility, help flexibilty and leave feeling stronger and more balanced.
Gentle (Wunda Chair & Reformer)
A supportive, low-impact Pilates class designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness at a comfortable pace. Using both the reformer and Wunda chair, you'll move through carefully guided exercises that focus on core stability, posture, flexibility, and functional movement. This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for a gentler approach to Pilates while still enjoying the benefits of specialised equipment. Leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and refreshed.
Yogaformer
Experience the perfect fusion of Yoga and Pilates on the reformer bed. This unique class combines the mindful flow, balance, and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening and alignment-focused principles of Pilates. Using the support and resistance of the reformer, you'll move through fluid sequences designed to build strength, improve mobility, enhance posture, and create a deeper mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels, Yogaformer leaves you feeling stronger, longer, centred, and refreshed.
Pre & Postnatal Pilates
Pregnant clients are welcome in all of our reformer classes, with personalised adaptations to ensure comfort, safety, and ongoing progression throughout each trimester. We focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, posture, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing to help you feel supported and empowered throughout pregnancy. Once your baby arrives, our dedicated Mums & Bubs classes offer a welcoming environment where you can continue your Pilates practice while bonding with your little one. From pregnancy to postpartum recovery and beyond, we're here to support every stage of motherhood with expert guidance, community, and care.
1:1 Private Sessions
Our private 1:1 reformer Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone wanting extra support, these sessions help you build confidence, learn correct technique, and become familiar with the reformer before joining group classes.
